form because we still need some additional details.

All payments are processed via direct debit (SEPA).

Your card becomes valid from the day you finalize the contract, which means you can start
training immediately!

After reviewing the completed contract, you will receive a confirmation message with
instructions and information about our gym. Until you receive this message, access to the gym is not possible!

IMPORTANT Contracts finalized between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM will be processed the same day
Contracts finalized after 6:00 PM will be processed the NEXT DAY by 10:00 AM.

 

CONTRACT DURATION
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, but for a minimum of 12 months of using the services of Garaža Gym Kamnik, in accordance with the general terms and conditions. After 12 months, the contract is automatically extended for 6 months according to the then-current package pricing. The contract will only not be extended if it is terminated in writing by mail or email at least 1 month before the expiry date. In addition to the monthly fee, a one-time registration fee of €20.00 including VAT will be charged with the first direct debit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with Article 134 of the Consumer Protection Act, a member has the right to withdraw from a membership contract concluded online within 14 days from the date of online membership registration, at any time and without reason. The contract is considered concluded on the day the order is submitted online. A withdrawal notice is considered timely if it is sent within the withdrawal period.
